Biedrība "Ištar" operates the ANTAR School of Mindfulness and Health and organises meditation retreats and mindfulness events under the rammeditation.com platform.

By submitting a registration form on this website, you enter into an agreement with Biedrība "Ištar" to participate in the selected event, subject to these Terms of Use and the specific Participation Terms applicable to that event.

Registration is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment as specified at the time of registration.

We reserve the right to decline a registration at our discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.

A non-refundable advance payment is required to secure your place at any event. The amount is specified on the individual event page.

The advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances, including personal reasons, illness, travel disruption, or any other situation preventing attendance. The advance payment cannot be transferred to a future event.

The remaining retreat fee is paid in cash at the registration desk on the first day of the event (check-in day). Payment is accepted in the following currencies:

If the remaining fee is not paid at check-in, Biedrība "Ištar" reserves the right to cancel your place without refund of the advance payment.

If Biedrību "Ištar" cancels an event for any reason, all participants will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the advance payment. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation announcement.

We will notify participants of any cancellation by email as soon as practically possible.

Biedrība "Ištar" shall not be liable for cancellation or modification of an event caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or the serious illness or incapacity of a key teacher. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the event and will communicate options to registered participants promptly. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
